This book is the second in the USGOV.FIX series. The analysis from that study was a government in stagnation from years of inadequate leadership and an institutional legal quagmire of laws to manage the nation. The recommendation is to rebuild the Republic in the founders vision. The initial thrust is for two major areas, the institution and the economy.
There are significant FIXES recommended for the institutional branches: Legislative, Executive and Judiciary. The book also deals with the economy with some significant new recommendations. The reader/citizen will find the book very challenging.
